I work well with artists. I truly try and understand what you want, and I do my best to execute that. I don't enjoy dealing in BS.
Most of my work lies within the world of rock/heavy music, but I'm quite comfortable in many genres.

Interview with Scot Moriarty
Q: What do you like most about your job?
A: I would say getting to the end result. When it's all said and done, and the client is super happy...well, that makes me feel very grateful. I also really enjoy the process of getting there, but the final product is what puts the icing on the cake.
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: Most of my clients would say that I bring vast quantities of seltzer and carrots, but aside from that...mixing and mastering. I also do quite a bit of recording in the studio, and dialogue editing for audiobooks and podcasts.
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: I've always been a HUGE fan of Andy Wallace. His mixing has always pushed me to try and execute what sounds best for the artist while still striving for a professional quality.
