I could tell you right now that your songs will reach the next level, or that your songs will get the quality they deserve. But why should I tell you something like that when you already know the obvious?
And here are some interesting and some uninteresting facts about me:
My name is Matt Frankensteiner and after playing drums in several local bands I started my musical career as an Audio Engineer student in the spring 2012 at SAE- Institute Vienna. Actually it startet even much earlier in my childhood but first things first.
After completing my studies, i worked on some studio projects as a mixing engineer and worked FOH on some renowned productions. Together with my Band "Zero One Death" I moved to sunny Austin TX where i worked with GRAMMY® nominated producer Chris „Frenchie“ Smith (and you’ll know by the Trail of Dead, Meat Puppets, The Toadies, Gregg Rolie, The Answer, Jet, etc.).

I´ve had a lot of my releases mastered thorugh Matt at Blackbird Mastering! The results definitely speak for themselves! The mastering is done by him analog and especially with my stuff, the bass is extremely in the foreground - Matt understood the relationship between the instruments immediately and has perfected what is crucial in my sound! I can therfore only warmly recommend him! ..and also thank him at this point! Thank you very much for our cooperation!
Matt from Blackbird Mastering is our go-to mastering engineer. Not only is he a sonic wizard who took our mixes to another sphere, he´s also a chill guy who genuinely cares about the music he works on. He really understands where you wanna go with your mix and gives your music that final touch. I trust his ears and his quality control and we will definitely work with him again!
