Hello! I am in love with music, singing, and performing and seek to pursue creativity in diverse groups of musical projects, exploring many different genres. I look forward to working with you! Thank you:)
I recently graduated from Berklee College of Music with a degree in Professional Music where I concentrated on songwriting and performance. I had the opportunity to grow in many genres such as Jazz, Soul, R&B, and Gospel. I gained a knowledge and respect for artists like Sister Rosetta Tharpe who sang without prejudice what was in her heart. Through my time at Berklee I improved at the piano and taught myself guitar. I spent a lot of time making charts, writing songs, and working with other musicians in the studio to achieve a shared vision. Musical Theater and classical music dominated my time up to the age of 18 when I began turning my poems into songs. I sang in choir throughout my schooling learning to blend with those around me and read music utilizing solfege. When listening to music I find myself exploring every potential harmony training my ears to find and stack harmonies quickly and efficiently. I write, record, and mix my own material and am constantly learning more and more about digital software and gear, I feel extremely comfortable in a studio setting and love working with a variety of personalities. I love all people and learn so much from everyone I meet.
