Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?
A: it was a movie. i played all guitars, composed some score tunes and composed record and mixed some pop songs.
Q: What are you working on at the moment?
A: On a pop song that sounds like a movie score. By the way i love that...
Q: Analog or digital and why?
A: As a gear geek of course analog. But the practical way to work i digital.
Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?
A: to deliver on time and a good working relationship

A: The versatility to produce music
Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?
A: How can i help? What is your goal / vision?
Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A: To work with people that are humble and nice. But work with passion and joy.
Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?

Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: I´m a guitar player now for over 22 years and i played a lot of live gigs. But my passion was always to record music and to be creative. I run a studio now for 3 years professional. I worked for companies to create music, produced with singer songwriters albums, and composed music for a cinema movie.
Q: How would you describe your style?
A: In my music i need always a hook that i like. A hook is for me the signature. I like wide an deep sounds. And i like to have a clear structure of a song.
Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?
A: Now at this time it would be Billie Elish. Because i like her voice.
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: Layering samples to get the sound you want. Mostly on drums. So you have a good sound in the first chain. If the source is good you have an easy life as a producer.
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: Usually Pop music and Score
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: My strongest skill is perseverance.
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: i hope my feeling and the right mood.
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: Most a the time i start with a hook i play on Piano | Synth | guitar | electric guitar. Because i like drums, i find the sound and a beat. After that i build everything around the basic track.
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: My studio setup is a Mac Pro running with Avid Pro Tools. My Vocal Mic is at the moment a Neumann TLM 107. For acoustic guitar i use a Neumann KM 184. For electric guitar i use the Kemper Profiling amp. I produce my drum tracks with Superior Drummer and Battery. My Synths are Omnisphere, Serum, Falcon. Mainly i use for mixing the Universal Audio stuff, Soundtoys and Fab Filter.
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: All kind of movie soundtracks are a good inspiration. I like different types of musicians just like from Joshua Kadison to Devin Townsend.
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: The most work i do is to compose music for companies. The projects are each time different and i like that. Because i´m interested and excited to treat each project with a individual Sound Design.
