Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?
A: Urban 2 Suburban the album. I am especially proud of this project because of the sound and quality of the project. It really bridges the Urban and Suburban communities.
Q: What are you working on at the moment?
A: Well-Rounded. The album is just what it sounds like, It's a combination of different genre's all transitioning telling my story of how and why I'm so Well-Rounded. The album cover is in my Sound better Photos. Also currently in China working on Afro-Pop and EDM records for my Ghana friend based in Chengdu, China.
Q: Is there anyone on SoundBetter you know and would recommend to your clients?
A: I'm actually new to this site, I was referred by a friend that I need to be on here. So here I am.

A: You will LOVE what we create or you can have your money back.

A: How my words have affected people. When I help people come from a dark place all from word play, man that's such a powerful thing and is exactly what its about.
Q: What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A: Is that really you? "What you think?"
Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?
A: It's clear, lol everything is clear. Just listen
Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?
A: Where can I find some of your music online? How long have you been doing Music? What artist do you like to listen to?
Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A: Don't ever try to undercut my value ever, because I'm always going to give you way more than what you pay for.
Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?
A: My Cell Phone, My Macbook, My Mic, My Notebook, My battery pack.
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: Played College Basketball and was headed the Pro route prior to finding music. Music took my life by storm and it all make sense because my dad was a famous Motown singer, writer, and producer. I have been doing this for 10 years.
Q: How would you describe your style?
A: Universally appealing yet conscious all at the same time. Metaphors throughout and letting my soul glow all at the same time. My sound is my sound, there is only one me because that's exactly who I am once the beat drops.
Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?
A: Big Sean, we're from the same city, born on the West side of Detroit (Moved East). We were both born in March of 1988, (I'm 2 weeks older) in the same area, so we've encounter the same struggles growing up there. It's no coincidence we've shared the same producer and have a very similar style and sound. I've down one show with him when he 1st got his deal with Good Music and we rocked that night. One day we'll keep that same energy on someone's beat and beast it x2.
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: Listen to the entire song on different volumes, also on different speakers. To really hear the sound properly.
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: Hip-Hop, Afro-Pop, Jazz, R & B,& EDM.
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: It's has to be a 3 way tie between my Flow, My Voice, & Lyricism. Impossible for me to pick a winner out of those 3 because that's my trinity.
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: I bring the song to life, I put my spirit into the lyrics and production. I don't miss because I am who I am, and I'm myself on the track with personality and good vibes.
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: I'm a very creative person. Upon hearing the instrumental, I instantly come up with various ideas vibing out loud to the beat. At times I find myself humming to feel out the rhyme patterns and rhyme schemes so that it is natural outside of the paper. Once I come up with 4-8 bars in my head, I then write those down and repeat the same process.
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: Depends on where I am, one thing that's for certain is the quality is always there. Quality > Quantity
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: Big Sean, J. Cole, Royce Da' 59, Eminem, Post Malone, Kanye West, Will Smith, Kendrick Lamar, Dj Wonder, Mike Posner.
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: Hip-Hip & Afro-Pop are both really treading at the moment. Majority of my client request me to write and record on those type of sounds, although I'm universally inclined.
