I've taken part and succeeded in winning several competitions winning grand prizes in a pool of 11,000 participants also including competitions by Native Instruments. I consider music my way of life as to just a job.

Hey my name is Brandon Mendes and I'm an extremely versatile mix and mastering engineer, producer, musician and sound designer. I have experience in production and post production of a variety of genres. Apart from reaching commercial standards, I will push your tracks to be as SONICALLY pleasing!

-Have over 10 years of experience as a musician as a Pianist, Guitarist as well as Drummer
-8 years of experience in Music Production
-8 years of experience in Sound Design
-6 years of experience in Mixing and Mastering
-6 years of experience working with Vocals and Vocal Processing/ Tuning

I can flexibly work with several genres ranging from Pop, Rock, Hip-Hop, Electronic, Lo-Fi, Jazz, Ambient and Orchestral.

I keep my self updated with ALL the rules and regulations of popular streaming platforms and will cater your music to get the best possible results on such platforms.

I can and will also provide suggestions and advice from a musician point of view if you choose to, in order to further better the track

My goal is to bring out the best in artists so that their songs can be highlighted in professional manner and achieve the best possible version of itself. Apart from post production I also ghost produce, make beats, provide creative advice, provide samples if required etc.

  1. Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?

  2. A: A competition with 11,000 applicants and achieving first place for best song in terms of creativity, quality and arrangement.

  3. Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?

  4. A: Your songs will sound extremely professional and I can guarantee you'll be satisfied with the results.

  5. Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

  6. A: Listen to their previous work and consult with a third person as well. Make sure the engineer properly understands your vision for the song.

  7. Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?

  8. A: I started off as a musician and my passion to continuously strive to get the best possible quality from good music got me here. I've been doing this for over 10 years now.

  9. Q: Can you share one music production tip?

  10. A: Check your songs on the worst speakers you own. If it sounds good there as well your good to go :)

  11. Q: What type of music do you usually work on?

  12. A: I never restrict myself to any particular genre but I do have more experience in genres such as Electronic, Hip-hop R&B Soul, Jazz and the Blues

  13. Q: What do you bring to a song?

  14. A: I will bring out more details in the song, get it to a radio and streaming standard, I will give your song much more of a 3D feel to it.

  15. Q: Tell us about your studio setup.

  16. A: I primarily work with software such as Slate-Digital, Fab-Filter, iZotope and waves for mixing and mastering. The only hardware I use are my JBL LSR 308 monitors and my Audio Technica M50x in a well treated environment.

  17. Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?

  18. A: 'Son Lux' because of their diversity and sound design in their music along with getting it to sound sonically rich, 'Kimbra' specifically 'Settle down' because of the great use of stereo field within the song, 'Billie Eilish' because of the minimalism, tonality and bass definition.

  19. Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.

  20. A: I mostly do mixing and mastering for my clients, but also have quite a bit of ghost productions under my belt that my clients are very happy with. I also am my own artist.

Terms Of Service

3-5 days to complete a mix, 1-3 days to provide a master. I provide 3 revisions per song extra charges for additional revisions.
