Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?

A: I love my CLARA-NOVA 'Cold Water' remix I produced recently. The groove is strong, and the elements I added (celeste, mellotron, bass guitar) really set it apart from the original.

Q: Analog or digital and why?

A: I think a hybrid of analog and digital is the way to go. I love the immediacy and tactile nature of analog, as well as the more limited options, alongside the convenience and limitless options of digital.

Q: What do you like most about your job?

A: It's what I love! I get to work with amazing humans and make music that brings joy to so many

Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A: Be specific about what you want. Provide listening examples and references for what you want. Don't be afraid to ask questions, even if you think they're silly!

Q: Can you share one music production tip?

A: Go with your gut and don't overthink it. First thought is normally the best one. You can always come back and change it, but concentrate on committing and finishing a full version of your track.

Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?

A: I've been playing keyboards since I was 5. Studied Jazz and Classical Piano at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama. Started working professionally whilst still at school.

Q: What type of music do you usually work on?

A: A lot of Electronic music. I draw on my years of experience playing jazz, soul and classical within that

Q: What's your typical work process?

A: Depending on the brief, I open up a new Ableton session and listen through once. Then I choose a patch and play through. Normally the 1st or 2nd takes are the best
