Stephanie Yavelow, aka VAYY, is a Swiss-American singer-songwriter alternately based in Los Angeles and the Netherlands. With one foot in jazz and the other in songwriting with cinematic backdrops, her vocals are sure to add something unique. Her music can be heard on various shows such as "Cable Girls" (Netflix). I'm Stephanie Yavelow — recording artist, session vocalist, songwriter, currently residing in The Netherlands. Los Angeles is my 2nd home where I've lived for many years to freelance and compose. I've done several recording sessions there at studios including Capitol Records and Stagg Street Studio, but my favorite place to record is still my home studio!

Besides recording vocals, I love creating music as well. My songs can be heard on shows throughout the world, created in close collaboration with established co-artist and producer, Mawk Phoenix, who has produced and re-mixed for the likes of Norah Jones, Peter Gabriel, and Nelly Furtado.

I have a unique style and tone which works well over electronic, ambient, down-tempo, or experimental music.
