Q: Analog or digital and why?

A: As a music producer and sound engineer, I believe that both analog and digital have their own unique benefits. Analog gear, such as tape machines and vintage outboard gear, often has a warmth and character that can be hard to replicate digitally. It also gives you a level of control and hands-on interaction that's hard to match with digital processing. This can be especially beneficial for recording and mixing music that has a lot of organic elements, like live drums and instruments. Digital technology, on the other hand, offers a level of flexibility and precision that's hard to match with analog gear. With digital, you can easily recall settings, automate parameters, and make precise adjustments. It also allows for a wider range of effects and processing options. This can be especially beneficial for electronic and sample-based music, where you need to work with a lot of different sounds and samples. Ultimately, I use a combination of both analog and digital tools in my workflow. I'll often use analog gear for recording and processing audio, but then I'll use digital tools for editing, mixing, and mastering. In summary, both analog and digital have their own unique benefits, and I use a combination of both in my workflow to achieve the best sound quality.

A: My promise to my clients is that I will treat their song with as much love and care as if it would be my own project. I approach every project with a high level of dedication and commitment. I understand that the music production process can be a long and challenging one, which is why I offer multiple revisions free of charge to guarantee my clients will be satisfied with the results they will get. My goal is to make the client's idea sound its absolute best. I have a proven track record of success working with top-tier artists and producers and I bring a unique and fresh approach to every project. I use my 15 years of experience in the industry to deliver industry-standard sound that exceeds client expectations. Q: What do you like most about your job?

A: I would say that what I like most about my job is the creative process of producing music. I love working with clients, understanding their vision and collaborating with them to bring that vision to life. I enjoy experimenting with different sounds and techniques, and the feeling of satisfaction when I find the perfect sound to complete a track. I also like the feeling of accomplishment when a client is happy with the final product and the track is well-received by audiences. Additionally, I like being able to work with a wide range of clients and projects, it keeps things interesting and challenging, and it allows me to continue learning and growing as a music producer.

A: One of the most common questions I get from clients is about my experience and expertise in electronic dance music (EDM). They want to know about my previous work and the kind of music I have produced. I would assure them that I have over 15 years of experience in music production and have been successful in producing EDM tracks. I have worked with many big artists and my tracks have been featured on major labels, and have garnered over 50 million streams worldwide. Another common question is about my process and how I will approach their project. I would explain that I have a well-defined process, which includes collaborating with the client to understand their vision, researching, experimenting with sounds and techniques, and working on multiple revisions until the client is completely satisfied with the final product. Another question that I often get is about my rates and pricing. I would explain that I am open to discussing rates and budget depending on the scope of the project, and that I always strive to be transparent and fair in my pricing.

Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?

A: One of the biggest misconceptions about what I do is that my job is just to "push buttons" on a computer. While technology and software play an important role in my work, being a music producer and sound engineer is much more than that. It requires a deep understanding of music theory, sound design, and the ability to creatively manipulate audio to achieve the desired sound. Another misconception is that music production and sound engineering is easy, and that anyone can do it. However, it takes years of practice and experience to develop the skills and knowledge necessary to produce high-quality music and audio. Finally, some people believe that the success of a song is only determined by the number of streams or the charts it reaches, but for me it's the quality of the sound and the client's satisfaction that's the most important.

Who is your target audience? What is your desired outcome for this project? What are the specific elements you would like me to focus on? What is your budget and timeline for this project? Can you provide references or examples of music that you like? Do you have any specific tools or equipment preferences? Are you looking for a ghost production or do you want to be involved in the creative process? Are there any other specific requirements or limitations that I should be aware of? Asking these questions will help me to better understand the client's needs and expectations, and will help me to create a product that exceeds their expectations.

A: My advice to a customer looking to hire a provider like me would be to clearly communicate their vision and goals for the project. The more information a client can provide about their desired sound, style, and target audience, the better equipped I will be to deliver a product that meets their needs. Additionally, I would advise to be open to feedback and revisions during the production process to ensure that the final product exceeds their expectations. Also it's important to build a good rapport with your provider, it's important to be able to trust in your provider's skills and experience. Lastly, I would recommend to always have a clear and open lines of communication throughout the project to ensure that everything runs smoothly and that deadlines are met.

I then proceed to work on creating a rough draft of the track, incorporating any specific elements or sounds requested by the client. Once the rough draft is complete, I send it to the client for feedback and make revisions as necessary. This process is repeated until the client is completely satisfied with the final product. After that, I proceed with final mixing and mastering to ensure that the track sounds professional and polished. Throughout the process, I maintain constant communication with the client to ensure that their needs and expectations are met.

A: I am inspired by a variety of musicians and music production professionals in the Electronic Dance Music (EDM) genre. Some of the artists and producers that have influenced my work include Deadmau5, Skrillex, Flume, Zeds Dead, Porter Robinson, and Diplo. These musicians and producers are known for pushing the boundaries of the genre and creating fresh and innovative sounds. I also draw inspiration from other genres such as alternative, hip hop and rock.

A: The most common type of work I do for my clients is producing, mixing and mastering their music tracks. This can include creating original tracks from scratch, remixing existing tracks, and taking unfinished tracks and bringing them to a polished and finished state. I also offer ghost production services to clients who want to release music but do not want to be credited as the producer.

A: I have a studio consisting of an apollo twin interface, genelecs 8050A monitors and a presonus tremblor subwoofer.
