My name is Adam Kiefel, I have been Writing and Playing guitar from the age of 12. I currently play guitar and sing in a Metal band called PurEnvY. Whch we have been together for around 10 years. We have written and recorded 2x albums which we did all ourselves. I own a recording studio called Sonic Heaven Studios which i converted my garage. This was my second recording studio venture. I am moving into the world of Production with other bands.
I have done masterclasses with CLA, Steve James, Rob Brinkman. I am a member of Most of the Mixing sites such as Mix With The Masters. I continue to learn and grow all the time.
I offer my services as a Guitar Player, Producer, and Engineer.
My studio is well equiped with the center piece being a Amek Mozart 32 channel. with 24 Neve channels.
I have a Songwriting Production team which caters for all types of music from Jazz to Rock to Blues to Heavy Metal.

Q: What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A: How much do u charge per song/day/mix. I will get my Manager to send you an email :)
Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A: Be open to ideas and constructive criticism. I serve the song so all my skills go towards that.
Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?
A: Guitar ,mic,computer,converter ,Speakers
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: I am self Taught which was a long process. I built 2 x recording studios in my lifetime so far. I have been playing music in bands for about 20 years.
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: Melody. Structure. I serve the song.
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: Hard Work! and that is a long answer.
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: I have a home studio in my DBL car garage with old and new technology that i combined together for the best of both worlds. The center piece is a Amek Mozart 32 channel console. Some good outboard and great rooms. A good selection Amps to choose from.
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: My Mixing heroes are Kevin Shirley , Andy Wallace, CLA,TLA, Andy Sneap. Fav bands are ACDC, Rolling Stones, Beatles, Iron Maiden, GnR, Metallica, Joe Bonamassa, Aerosmith.
Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?
A: the name of the band is PurEnvY. The album is called Redemption. My role was Co Writing Record Engineer Producer Singer and Guitars.
Q: What are you working on at the moment?
A: I have my own band PurEnvY about to release a cover song of Creeping Death. I am Producing/Mixing/Recording 2 bands at the moment as well as Mixing songs for fun of Puremix and NTM.

A: People think there is a plugin for everything. Cant we fix it in the Mix? haha nope.
