Production, engineering, mixing and mastering from RIAA Gold & Billboard #1 engineer Spencer Dennis.
My main goal is to help clients achieve the vision that they are looking for on their records!
I am an audio engineer and producer who works with major label artists on a daily basis. Throughout my time producing and engineering, I have had the opportunity to work on projects in a variety of genres and found my calling in pop and hip-hop music. Most recently, I worked as one of the recording engineers on YoungBoy Never Broke Again’s Billboard #1 album Sincerely, Kentrell and Young Thug's Billboard #1 album, PUNK.
My setup for audio work is hybrid meaning that I use both outboard hardware and industry-standard plugins. For recording and mixing, I use Pro Tools, and for production, I use Ableton and Logic Pro.

Interview with Spencer "SpenDenn" Dennis
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: Artists: Pop Smoke, ROSALIA, Quinn XCII Engineers: Jaycen Joshua, Lu Diaz, Marcella Araica Producers: Pharrell Williams, Kanye West, Mike Dean
Q: Analog or digital and why?
A: Simple - BOTH. Because both formats bring things to the table and both have drawbacks. There's nothing like running a tube mic through a Neve preamp and sending it to an analog compressor and hearing the results right away, but in the age of digital, there are so many benefits to being in the box. It's important to be flexible.
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: These days I mainly record vocals and mix/master hip-hop projects. I also specialize in mixing/mastering all "top 40" genres
Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?
A: I promise to remain professional and work tirelessly until you are satisfied.
Q: What do you like most about your job?
A: I get happy when I get to help people finish their projects and share their work with the world!
Q: What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A: Are your prices negotiable? Short answer - Yes! My prices are usually my average rate for a particular project, but the price can vary based on the size and complexity of the work you need to be done.
Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A: Don't let money be the thing that gets in the way of your musical project being shared with the world. In most cases, if you trust the service provider, you will get good results.
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: Always do what is best for the song/project while honoring the client's requests.
