He went over tips to make your kicks knock and various types of compressors, how to eq and slice out or roll of frequencies and also panning different sounds / instruments to make the music sound fuller. Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?
A: Working with DJ KHALED on “Father Of Asahd” and getting placements with JAY Z, BEYONCE, FUTURE (Top Off) and LIL’ WAYNE & GUNNA (Freak N You). The album went platinum and so did the single I produced. Was one of the engineers on the Nipsey Hussle track “Higher” which we won a Grammy for.

A: Working with DJ KHALED on his newest album "Aalam of God" to be released soon in 2026!
Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?
A: That we can make anything sound great. If you are sending low quality, bad files or poor productions with tons of instruments that naturally clash, the final product will reflect that. As they say, “ you can’t polish a turd.”
