I am a professional singer, songwriter and studio vocalist. I have extensive studio experience in a wide range of musical styles, I've won songwriting competitions, written for artists and worked with grammy-nominated producers including Dapo Torimiro (Justin Bieber, Brandy, John Legend), Benny Briggs (Faith Evans, Marques Houston), and more.

I have been singing my entire life, playing piano for 20+ years and writing music for 15+ years. I am currently the lead singer and co-writer for my band East of June. I specialize in vocals for many genres including folk, pop, indie/rock, R&B, EDM and country and can learn songs very quickly. I use Logic Pro at my home studio to record vocals with my Rode mic, equipped with the Alctron PF8 Eyeball for a professional vocal booth sound. I do background vocals as well.

Terms of service:
-For vocal tracks / demos, a one time "work for hire" fee is generally acceptable (depending on the project/ whether my vocals will be featured, etc.)
-For songwriting, I charge a one time "work for hire" fee however ownership/publishing will be split according to a fair understanding between myself and whoever I am working with.
-Credit (use of name) depends on the project.

Q: What are you working on at the moment?
A: I am the singer and co-writer for a new band called East of June with Kyle Mortensen (guitar/production) and Dirk Lance (original bassist and founding member of Incubus). We have released 5 singles and 3 music videos and are in the midst of recording our first EP.
Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?
A: I promise to deliver my absolute highest quality work for your project. I want every customer I have to be satisfied and happy with the end product they receive from me.
Q: What do you like most about your job?
A: I love everything about music. Singing and creating new melodies or lyrics evoke something in me that feels like I'm reaching the most authentic part of myself. I've been through many challenges in this business, but it has made me stronger and even more focused on my dream. Perhaps what I enjoy most is the creativity. Being able to come up with a song out of nowhere that never existed before or taking a basic idea and vocally make it into something more beautiful, pleasing and emotional is truly fulfilling for me.
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: My career path has always been to pursue music! I have been singing since I was 3 years old and writing music for over 15 years now.
