Interview with 2000tracks
Q: How would you describe your style?
A: I focus a lot on the balance and dynamics of the song. Music is meant to transmit emotions, so my work is to enhance them.
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: I usually work on all kinds of Urban Music. Rap, Trap, RnB, Reggaeton, etc...
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: Mixing: First of all I listen to the raw mix, to understand what I am going to work on. Then, I clean up tracks: bad edits, unwanted noises, distortion, tonal problems. I usually use a top-down approach and then focus on specific parts.
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: I have my own recording studio called "Mermelada Studios". Recording & mixing are my main tasks. I also work as a producer for many of the artists. I also make beats.
