From one artist to another I only want things to sound the best I can make them. With my first album published I am ready to aid and learn with fellow artists so we can both be and sound our best! Genres I have a preference toward EDM but am very open to most music aside to country. I look forward to us discovering our sound together!
I WORK IN LOGIC PRO X. I can do mixing and mastering and I'm open to collaborating with artists to make a track as well. As a DJ I'm all about the new sounds and love to play with samples! Sometimes giving yourself a limit is a great door for inspiration! Beats are easy, but capturing the story is one heck of a ride!

Interview with Gizmo
Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?
A: Depths of Madness was a horror video game project I worked on in college and was published on Steam! EVERY SOUND YOU HEAR was provided by yours truly. Our evil creature's roar was made with a raccoon chitter if you'd believe it!
Q: What are you working on at the moment?
A: My second album "The Search". The concept is based off of trying to find my sound as well as place in life. Kind of like a lot of people ha ha!
Q: Analog or digital and why?
A: Digital. It's most of my experience and new tech is coming every single day!
Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?
A: I will do everything I can to make sure your happy with the end result!
Q: What do you like most about your job?
A: The journey to always finding something new in sounds and music!
Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?
A: I don't play an instrument other than turntables, but I'll never let that limit me. I'm teaching myself piano currently!
Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A: It's early in my career, but I'm constantly learning and would love to learn with you to find what we're looking for!
Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?
A: MIDI Keyboard, Mic, Laptop, JBL Headphones, something to charge it all!
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: I've been self-taught in Logic since I was 14 and began DJ-ing around the same time. Though I don't "play an instrument, a good ear and a good DAW can go a long way. I've been making music since!
Q: How would you describe your style?
A: Large EDM influence but with flavors of other artist sounds (Jon Bellion, Charlie Puth, Zedd)
Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?
A: Jon Bellion. The man is a genius artist, and his sound design within his tracks are mind boggling to me. Also, he can tell a fantastic story within his music.
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: Always experiment and don't get in a rut.
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: EDM and all the branches within.
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: IDEAS! After hearing something I always tend to try a random "what if" on a project. You learn from those experiences.
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: Find a concept be it a lyrical phrase or a musical vibe and spread off of it. ALWAYS BE FLEXIBLE!
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: A MacBook, M-Audio studio speakers, Alesis Keyboard, and a Mic w/ a pop filter.
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: Jon Bellion, Charlie Puth, Avicci, Zedd... It's a decent list!
