Hello! My name's Mia, and I'm a singer/songwriter, vocalist, and composer. Between my personal music and my freelance work, I’ve written over two hundred songs, in a variety of genres. I also have a certificate in Lyric Writing from Berklee Online. I can't wait to work with you!
I’ve been writing songs since middle school, and I'm now a verified artist on Spotify, Apple Music, and other streaming platforms. I adore the art of songwriting, and I love helping bring other artists' visions to life. :)
My prices are as follows:
Melody Writing: $125/song
Lyric Writing: $125/song
Lyrics & Melody: $200/song
Lead Vocals: $100/song
Arranging/Recording Harmonies: $80/song
Lead Vocals Including Harmonies: $150/song
Basic Production / Backing Tracks: $100/song
Composing/Scoring**: $100 + $50 per minute of music

I write mostly by ear, so for lyric writing, I'll deliver a PDF of the lyrics. For melody writing, I'll deliver a PDF of the lyrics including chords, and a demo of me singing the melody. For harmonies/vocals, I'll deliver .wav files and a rough demo mix.
*If you plan to sell the song or release commercially: I charge an extra $200 for commercial use, but I offer discounts for small businesses, indie artists, non-profits, or educational use. I don't require royalty splits but I prefer to receive credit as a songwriter when possible.
If you hire me to create music for your short film, I can also distribute the soundtrack to Spotify, Apple Music, and other platforms with cover art and a release date of your choice, for no additional cost (with your permission, of course)!

Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?

Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: I record at home, with a Shure MV51 microphone. I typically record in a Logic or Garageband project file, and deliver .wav files.
