With a love for studio production in recent years David has arranged, recorded, Co-Written and Licenced music to Endemol Shine Group, Australian television productions Bluey (ABC), O’Neill Surf company, Crusty Demons of Dirt and USA television production Shameless (Showtime), Numbers Radio, Micks Official, Dana Gehrman, Drew Womack, Sweet Sammy Beats and of course Dave Orr Band.

Rewind a few years and Dave was cutting his teeth performing with the kind of all out fusion acts Brisbane, Australia seems so good at producing. His breakthrough came with rock trio Numbers Radio – a band that had high rotation national airplay on Triple J (Australia’s main alternative radio station). The band’s ability to pen whip-smart pop rock tunes saw their track “Boring” used on the American hit TV show “Shameless”.

Cannot recommend David highly enough- professionalism aside (great punctuality/organisation/respect), the quality of his guitar work is world-class. For multiple songs he took my basic 4 chord progressions and created outstanding ‘picking’ and melodic guitar pieces within moments, as well as co-ordinated the live arrangements (drum, bass and his own rhythm/lead guitar) and recordings of my up-coming album, which so far has had an iTunes #1 single!! If you get the chance to work with Dave, jump on it!!!!
