Greetings! I'm a guitar/bass player and writer/arranger with 35+ years experience, mostly as a session musician in Austin, TX and NYC, among other places.
I've been playing guitar and bass since I was 7, and have been a studio rat since I was about 15. I'm also pretty good at writing instrumental music and arranging, and I'm comfortable playing nearly any kind of music as long as it swings. I work quickly, efficiently, and I'm excellent at taking direction, however I do not read music.
My influences are (including but not limited to) John Entwistle, Frank Zappa, Michael Nesmith, John Paul Jones, Paul McCartney, Pete Townshend, Mike Oldfield, Neil Diamond, Paul Simon and Todd Rundgren.
