I'm Méne, an Urban Music Songwriter and Singer, you can find my music across al platforms, I´m sure you´ll like it! I coursed personal Lyrical Composition class with Javier Rodríguez "Alazán" (Two time BMI winner, and has two ASCAP awards). I'm recently working with Toy Selectah, who has several Grammy nominations and awards beside his golden and platinum records.

Interview with Méne

  1. Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?

  2. A: My song "A Lo Mejor", it has 200k+ streams just in Spotify and I was never on an Editorial List, and I wrote that song 3 years ago.

  3. Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?

  4. A: Hit songs, feeling songs.

  5. Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?

  6. A: I started writing and rapping when I was eleven, then I wanted to improve myself at 14 and I had a vocal coach, and at 15 I took a personal Composition course, then at 16 I had a production diploma and started to do everything by myself, so I learned a lot empirically and that guided me thru all the things that are happening now.

  7. Q: What type of music do you usually work on?

  8. A: Alternative R&B, Trap, Pop, and Reggaeton.

  9. Q: What's your strongest skill?

  10. A: Connecting thru lyrics, such as movement to conscience.

  11. Q: What do you bring to a song?

  12. A: I usually like to have perfection to all the aspects such as the melody, the feeling, but MOST important, the connection to the people listening.

  13. Q: What's your typical work process?

  14. A: I meditate and introduce myself in a personality the music or the mood requires so I can concentrate and feel at the maximum capacity.

  15. Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.

  16. A: I write and sell Alternative R&B for rising artists, and I co-write Reggaeton and Latin Urban songs in the label I'm starting to work right now.
