Producer/Songwriter/Musician

Hi! I'm a Toronto-based producer, multi-instrumentalist, songwriter, and vocalist. I've spent my entire life making music and for the past 19 years, I've been busy in Canada as a session musician, band-leader, songwriter, beatmaker and producer. I love creating constantly and I'd like to collaborate here on Soundbetter with people across the globe.

The cross-section of skills that I've developed over the past 22 years in music allow me to offer up many different services from full song arrangement & production, right down to little jobs like vocal comping, editing/quantization, or lyric tweaks.

As an instrumentalist, I specialize as a drummer, percussionist, bassist, guitarist, vocalist, and dabble in the keys and synth world. Over the last few years, I've spent a fair amount of time mastering the Native Instruments Maschine eco-system to take my beatmaking/programming to the next level.

I tend to specialize in Pop, Singer-songwriter, Soul, R&B, Hip-Hop, Folk, Americana, Pop/Rock, but love stepping out of my comfort zone and have been trained in Classical Piano & Trombone growing up as well as Jazz harmony & arrangement in college.

I'm pretty easy-going and fun-loving, but I'm also prone to putting on the blinders and grinding away on a project until its perfected. So you can expect a relaxed approach when conversing or planning and a relentless hustle in the studio.
