I am a songwriter who prides himself in creative and unique lyrics, alongside catchy and upbeat Folk Pop songs. My voice is laid back and suits well with chill tracks, or acoustic pieces.
I have been officially songwriting for about 7 years now, though I've always been scribbling poetry or coming up with lyrics in my free time. I typically write a song every day, or close to it, as I believe the only way to better yourself is to practice as much as possible.
I would classify my music as Indie-Folk. All of my music is based around an acoustic guitar. My songs are rhythmically complex and incredibly catchy. I consider myself a lyricist, and strive to create emotional, catchy, and creative lines whenever I write. I have been told my music sounds like various artists, but I believe the artists I sound most similar to would be Novo Amor, Passenger, and Dermot Kennedy. I listen mostly to Acoustic-Indie, and Folk music, which comes out a lot in my sound. Recently I've been writing a lot of upbeat Folk-Pop type music.
I do music mostly for artistic expression. I have a deep appreciation for art and culture, and that comes out in my music. I write music as an art form mostly, and I strive for music that feels authentic and heartfelt. I also love to play for an audience and entertaining people, which also inspires me to write. I also play Harmonica in my downtime!

Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: There's a proffesional studio at my Arts school I have access to. Multiple AKG Condenser microphones, and other top quality equipment.
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: My chorus director. He's an absolute giant of an opera singer, one of the best i've ever heard. I also love lyricists like Dermot Kennedy and Passenger. My philosophy is that if the lyrics are good, it doesn't matter what you do with the song, it's gonna be a good one. When an artist can make a song with just a piano or guitar, and still bring people to tears, there is definitely something there.
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: Mostly lyrical and vocal work. I've been contracted for lyrics in the past, and typically i'm requested to sing them as well. I prefer strictly writing the lyrics, as that's my passion, but I enjoy the singing as well of course. I'll be happy with anything as long as it's musical.
