Mixing and/or Mastering. I have a dedicated analog Mastering chain, which can be altered in any way fitting. It consists of Lynx Aurora Converters, an Otari MTR-12 2-track 1/4" 30ips tape machine, a pair of giant Tekton Pendragon full-range tower speakers and an KRK 12s subwoofer paired with a custom designed (in-house) tube power amplifier. That is routed through a Meyer Sound CP-10 stereo parametric EQ with Jim Williams mods. The CP-10 is used for room correction so the Mastering room sounds correct. The rack gear is a Lightning Boy Audio Flux Bender stereo vacuum tube powered passive equalizer, an Elysia Xfilter stereo equalizer Mastering version, a Fairchild 602 stereo HF tube limiter, an Overstayer Stereo VCA compressor, and more.
