My full name is Nicholas Solano. I am a Canadian currently living in Sydney making music both as a producer & artist.

My BackGround
I am a Singer song writer as well as a Music Producer, and a self taught sound engineer.

I have a background of song writing and composition. I am taking an Advanced Diploma in Leadership & the Creative steam at Hillsong College in both Vocals & Song writing. I’ve learned from some of the best!

My Values
I believe anything to do with song writing sessions or working with a producer relies heavily on how well of a team player that person is. I know my role as a vocalist, song writer , producer or engineer and want to do my best in assisting you create the best version of your song!

  1. Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

  2. A: Tell me directly what you want a why, and your vision behind the work. I also need reference tracks!

  3. Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?

  4. A: Laptop, Solar powered generator, Apollo twin, external hard drive, and 5G wireless network stick. Haha.

  5. Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?

  6. A: Honestly, I'd like to work with this band I used to listen too called Relient k. I really love the lyrically writing!

  7. Q: Can you share one music production tip?

  8. A: One thing at a time. Less is more.

  9. Q: What type of music do you usually work on?

  10. A: Trap/Rap/Hip-hop/Pop/R&B

  11. Q: What's your strongest skill?

  12. A: My strongest skill for sure has got to be my ear for music, and just being able to pick up the small things. I also think taking feed-back is a skill and I love feedback.

  13. Q: What do you bring to a song?

  14. A: I bring me really. I bring my take, my taste, with a professional sound that I think will be able to reach people and give a great vibe.

  15. Q: What's your typical work process?

  16. A: Generally I like to make the beat first, but i'm flexible with either way. For mixing I like to find all the right levels, then go into the whole processing of everything.

  17. Q: Tell us about your studio setup.

  18. A: Bedroom studio, with my flatmate. Acoustically treated but we make it work.

  19. Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?

  20. A: Really big fan of Rap/Hip-hop producers. Love BusyWorksBeats, Sean Divine, 40 from Drake, and boi-1da

  21. Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.

  22. A: Most sitting down having a session and writing a song finding the best fit. I can mix and master stems, as well.
