Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?
A: I recorded and mix a live performance of "chocolate kings" PFM tribute with original singer Lanzetti I produced, played and mixed my band EP at the age of 22, and I still love it!
Q: What are you working on at the moment?
A: a prog rock EP
Q: Is there anyone on SoundBetter you know and would recommend to your clients?
A: not for now! I hope to meet great musician and engineer soon

A: both!depend on the vibe and the mood of the song

A: we want to produce best music. all the time, every work, it's our masterpeace

A: they ask: can you make us sound better musician than we are? the answer: if you could just listen...
Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?
A: vintage and nostalgic sound doesn't mean old!

A: is this song represent you? do you truly believe in what you are communicating in the song?
Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A: hire someone that understand you deeply!

A: leatherman multi tool and flashlight! in studio: 1- fab filter pro q 2 eq 2- multiband compressor 3- line 6 helix 4- grado headphones 5- vintage delay like roland space echo
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: I work mostly as live-music sound technician since 2008, and slowly growing as studio mix and composer engeneer my maestro started his musical career in late '70..and never stop playing!
Q: How would you describe your style?
A: vintage sound! warm, in the face songs, that really excite the listener

A: everyone who really loves music and enjoy being a musician

A: high pass everything!

A: rock, progressive, pop rock, acoustic and folk music
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: focus on every detail of a song
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: we want to communicate to customer and final listener our passion and commitment for music. our mission is to make and listen great music!
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: edit tracks and fix timing and intonation start apply compression, EQ and FX. work on arrangement and sound edit. when structure, arrangement, little extra-sound (like special sounds, doubling, noises ora special sound effects) is set, we make final mix and check it on several sources. after a couple days or so break, we check everything with fresh ears, and enjoy a beautifull song!
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: a small but confortable room with a couple of ns-10 and a couple o jbl midfield monitors, a Hallen and Heat saber 8 analog mixer, with two rme fireface 800 into windows pc. also a macbook pro with maschine mk3 and a master midi keyboard a recording room with yamaha drum and a SVT ampeg bass amp Settled in a small and peacefull village in the tuscany countryside

A: CLA, Rubin, Albini the rock monsters Zeppelin, pink floyd, deep purple etc. the italian progressive PFM, banco del mutuo soccorso, Area etc. the california punk rock in '90

A: edit, quantize, intonation tracks mix studio, home or live recorded tracks arrange and compose demos and from demos to actual songs
