I've been lucky to work with amazing artists (MIke Love, The O'Jays, RIngo Starr) and producers and give them a polished, natural sound that's ready for mixing. I use Pro Tools with Autotune.
Once the tuning part is done, I align the vocals and all the instruments to the grid if recorded to a click.
Additionally, I've often been the point man when it comes to prep a session for mixing (Consolidate, Color Code, Rename tracks, Group, etc...).
