Every project starts with the music and what you want to achieve. You may have a finished song that needs mixing, a simple demo that needs a full production, or just lyrics, a melody or an idea that needs to be developed.
We can help with songwriting, melodies and lyrics, arrangement, instrumentation, full music production, session parts, mixing and mastering. The goal is not to force your music into a standard package, but to build the production around your song, your voice and your direction.
You work directly with me throughout the project, with clear communication and feedback along the way. Fredrikstad Studio is a professional recording and production studio in Norway, and we have worked with artists and music projects internationally as well as locally.

Interview with FREDRIKSTAD STUDIO
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: I have played keys and guitar since I was a 9-10 years old. First studio session for an album (tape) started when I was 14 years as a bass player. Then I got passion for programming, sequencing and sampling. Learned so more piano and played (bass and piano/synth) for choirs and music teams. Leading some of them. Played for some live bands and played keys for some records. So I understand more about recording and mixing. Worked full time in the music business with my own company. I have teached some years in music production and instruments (piano, bass and guitar) for some schools and college. Also played and play in churches and also work with youth in music.
Q: What are you working on at the moment?
A: I'm working in many projects, both online and offline. Right now MSE Productions has released the song "Pray". These days I also produce a cool hip hop song for a client here at SoundBetter.
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: Maybe the balance between to never be satisfied and to find the ending of the project.
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: To make the music and sound the customers want.
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: We bring a modern up-to-date sound and music which is the best for both clients and listeners.
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: We work with many genres and have experiences in rock, pop/rock, trance, soul, house, gospel, RnB, singer & songwriter etc, but typical often pop and EDM.

A: We will ALWAYS do our best and we will work until you are 100% satisfied.
