I am a session bass player, producer, and songwriter based in LA. I have been touring and recording bass guitar, fretless, and synths over the last 15 years, working with artists and bands from Del Water Gap to The Byrds’ Chris Hillman.
I love getting to record with artists and producers who are willing to take risks in their writing and production, while also committing to doing what best serves the song and the artist’s vision. My upbringing in music was inspired by artists like Beck and Radiohead, while also being influenced by songwriters like Joni Mitchell and Townes Van Zandt. I love getting to work on any kind of music and helping artist’s express themselves, whether that includes creating a color that stands out with unique melodies, or playing a part that is simple and supportive.
