Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: Take it easy with the gear. Instead of expecting better results by buying new, more expensive stuff (what isn't wrong but...) you should rather go and figure out the advantages of what you have. It's not the gear that creates creativity. It's you. Plus: Think about a signal and it's place in the song/mix before you record it. Play around with different mic positions and distances. You can create a more and better deep 3D feeling already while you produce and record signals (instruments / vocals).
Q: What are you working on at the moment?
A: Working as a producer and mixer for a Berlin based band called RETTER. Aside from the sonic side of making cool sounding tracks I've been producing their new music video that's going to be released this month. If you like to check this out visit www.rettermusik.de
