Alex is a great producer! We shared similar instincts and had very friendly and professional recording experience. As this was my first time making a solo record, I appreciated the communication during the times he felt strongly about certain elements of a track remaining as they were or changing. 9/10 times the suggested edits we made along the way to make the songs tighter and stronger worked well.

Going to his studio in Joshua Tree was a real pleasure and it was great to meet in person.

Very quick turnaround, highly professional, excellent communication, and great mix. I sent him a combination of tracks that had been recorded at home and in a local studio, and he was able to make my home-studio electric guitar tracks sound great and sit right in the mix. The mix was full, loud, dynamic, and nuanced with nice attention to detail that really enhanced the track. Highly recommend.
