I've been at this a long time and, over the years, have developed the skills & knowledge to get the sound you want, whether it's in-your-face punk, delicate acoustic folk, or any style in between.

I'm a freelance studio engineer with access to a number of very well-equipped studios in the San Diego area, where I can bring out the best in your songs. I've been a recording/mixing professional since the mid-'90s and have been fortunate enough to work with a very wide variety of styles of music. I started out making records with dozens & dozens of punk bands in Chicago, then was a staff engineer at Acme Recording (also in Chicago), where I recorded & mixed jazz, blues, classical, folk, rock, soul, etc. My background with a wide variety of musical genres has prepared me to bring out the best in a song, regardless of style or instrumentation.
