A: I work mostly digital due to modern workflow & recall purposes are much simpler.

Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: I began DJ'ing as an amateur around 2008, which led into producing beats, which led into artists asking me to record them, i attended CRAS in phoenix for 11 months to study music engineering and moved to LA in April 2015 where i began interning for Westlake Studios in Hollywood and eventually became a Freelance Engineer in September 2017.

Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: Sidechain compress your Reverbs and/or Delays with the sidechain coming from a send on your lead vocal track / aux set to 100% so that the reverbs duck for around 300ms while the lead vocal is present then comes back in based on your set release time (300ms). This give a clean vocal sound and then fills the space with the reverbs.

A: Pop, Hip Hop

A: I focus on making the artist / writer comfortable, its all about the vibes.

A: My experience from the hundreds of sessions i've been apart of and learned so many cool tips & tricks from other engineers / producers.

A: There is no typical work process for me, i will cater to process that makes the recording easiest for the clients.

A: My studio setup is Pro Tools 12, Universal Apollo Twin Mkii with UAD Neve Preamp & Tubetech CL1b Compressor Recording Chain. 2018 Mac Mini studio computer, Slate VMS with ML1 microphone, Kaotica Eyeball, Akai MPK49, All Waves plugins, Fabfilter Bundle, Soundtoys Bundle, Slate Mix Bundle.
