Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?

A: Regarding singers, Freddie Mercury of course, Charlie Puth as well as Marcello, one of the top-rated in the Soundbetter community.

Q: What's your typical work process?

A: It depends on the type of work. If it is a vocal cover, I usually listen to the original song first. If the client requires a reversion, I try to let the creativity fly, understanding the customer specifications. On the contrary, if the cover needs to be exactly as the original, I usually mimic every phrase and voice color the best I can. Ideally, if well mixed, people shouldn't be able to tell the difference between the original and the cover. It's not always simple with all the artists, but it can be done. When the client comes with a lyric or an idea, a vision of a song, and this requires a full production, including music production, mixing and mastering, the first thing we do is to look for references together. Once the idea is defined, the magic begins. That is an amazing collaborative process.

Q: What's your strongest skill?

A: The main musical instrument I use is my voice. Being very flexible on the colors and sounds, I can produce an incredible wide vocal range. However, the most important I offer is a talented and efficient musical team that transforms ideas into reality. My collaborative working method leaves excellent experiences and the musical quality stands out at every stage of the project.

Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?

A: There are a lot of artists that I would like to work with them, however, I would like to sing in a collaboration with Charlie Puth, because I really think he is one of the best singer of the last decade; the other one is Marcello, I hope some day make a collab with him. He is a very talented vocalist, and I’d like to produce him.

Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?

A: Being too obsessive about the quality of work. That leads me to commit myself to the bone with clients and their songs. Every project is as if it were unique. Therefore, it affects the balance with my private life and relaxation.

Q: What do you like most about your job?

A: Usually the opportunity to use a lot of resource that I don't usually use in my own compositions. Moving from style to style is really comforting for me. As previously stated, each project is unique, therefore I will endeavor to apply my best efforts to it.

Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?

A: I hope to exceed 100% of your expectations and make the project shines.

Q: What are you working on at the moment?

A: I'm always working on covers and original song lead vocals but also, at the moment, I'm releasing my update Martin Trevox's album and that's very huge.

Q: Is there anyone on SoundBetter you know and would recommend to your clients?

A: I have a great deal of respect for Marcello, who is a true standout in the field of male vocalists. Even though he’s a competitor, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him if, for any reason, I were unable to take on a project for my clients. He’s an exceptionally talented and professional musician.

Q: What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A: "When can you have it?" My answer depends on the request, but I always provide an accurate ETA. I won't promise deliveries if I can't accomplish them, but I'll always accomplish the already agreed ones.

Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?

A: There are a lot, but basically I have a set of basic questions: 1. What is this recording for? 2. Do you have any references? 3. What are your expectations, your vision or dream? 4. Any specific technical clarification you would like to make?

Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?

A: I have been doing this for 6 years now in different places, however I started my studies when I was a teenager. As a lot of musicians around the globe.

Q: What do you bring to a song?

A: I try to bring much more than just technical skills. It's all about emotion and what you can communicate with sounds. Music is emotion! That's what makes a great Lead vocal.

Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.

A: My services include Toplining, Songwriting, Vocal Production, Full Music Productions, Mixing, and Mastering. Depending on the type of project, different services are combined to provide an outstanding musical product.

Q: What type of music do you usually work on?

A: Basically Pop, EDM, Rock, Latin, Soul, R&B, Blues, Dance.

Q: Tell us about your studio setup.

A: My studio is under continuing updating and improvement. It's a top of the line, soundproof and acoustic treated home studio. I work mostly with Protools on a Mac book pro, RME audio interface and AKG 414 condenser microphone. Reviews are made on Adam A7x studio monitors and AKG 712 pro headphones. Additionally, with my partner and his gears, we complement to achieve the best quality that we clients deserve.

Q: Analog or digital and why?

A: Both! Analogue is good...... but it has to be very GOOD analogue. Digital is great because you can always have more control over it....... but wait, there's good and bad too. It's all about picking what's the best audio chain for your needs, and of course, on your budget.

Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A: It's very important to be clear with the goal and style of what's being search. It's all about communication, and if the client let the provider know exactly what he wants, he'll probably be getting better results. Again, excellent communication between client/provider is a must.

Q: How would you describe your style?

A: I love Pop and EDM. I grew up listening to this kind of music, different styles, different sounds. Really, I love it!

Q: Can you share one music production tip?

A: It doesn't matter how much you spend on your gear if you don't properly treat the acoustics in your room. That's the difference between sounding good and sounding incredible.
