Q: Is there anyone on SoundBetter you know and would recommend to your clients?
A: Brennan Struif is an amazing songwriter and producer. I have collaborated with him on a number of projects and his work is always top notch.
Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?
A: The project isn't finished until you are completely satisfied and feel that you got your money's worth.
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: If someone is playing, always be recording. You never know when that perfect take will happen. It could be totally by mistake and you'll surely be bummed if you miss it.
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: It all depends on how the client wants it to sound. The process is dictated by the genre, the track count, and the overall feel of the song.
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: I freelance in a number of studios in the area depending on budget and client requests. I also have a home mixing suite containing outboard gear, a wide variety of plugins, amps, guitars, mics, you name it...
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: My main focus as an Audio Engineer is recording, mixing, and mastering of music. I can however do voice over work, post production, foley, etc.
