Who I Am:
I'm a producer, mixing engeneer and a violinist. I have Bachelors and Masters in classical violin performance, 30+ years of performance experience in a variety of musical and theatrical groups, 15+ years of teaching, touring, producing/composing in a wide range of genres. Currently, I release my music under name ‘LAPA’.
In the past 7 years, I've been particularly focused on performance, production & mixing of trip-hop/instrumental hip-hop/downtempo & folk inspired music. My credits appear on albums by Emancipator, DOS, Random Rab, Rena Jones, Lynx, & Devochka.
Diversity in the type of music I can work with and creativity in the approach, are my strengths.
