Kevin is excellent at his craft. He has an amazing for ear for tonal balance, like a frequency fiend. As I am an less experienced audio engineer, I asked Kevin to re-mix & master some tracks, right off the bat he was able to locate the infringing frequencies, correct them, and significantly enhance my tracks. He took them from chaotic, uneven demo versions to warm, tight, radio-ready songs, like he was flicking a switch. The man is quick too, astounding turn around time even after some last minute additional requests. Very accomodating, great rates and super dedicated to his art.

Kevin has done session drumming and live performance of my album Extra Medium due out this summer. Additionally he engineered the studio sessions and has provided mixing and mastering services. Kevin was always on time and prepared! Dude knows how to run a recording session and is a repository of knowledge about recording equipment. He is also an excellent drummer. I recorded an album at 512 Studios last fall, and Kevin did all the engineering, mixing, and mastering. Kevin has a natural ear for balance, and will bring any recording project to life with his expertise! I highly recommend him, and will be recording another album with him again this summer!

I recently recorded 7 racks at 512 Studios here in Austin. Kevin was both sound engineer, as well as, main mixer for my masters. He provided very good technical services, bot more importantly, helped with insights and ideas to help the sound come to life. My tracks are very eclectic..ranging from blues, to country, to jazz/classical material...so it was essential help me navigate the very different soundscapes each track required to ensure their identity was both preserved and , better yet, enhanced.
