    Danny did an amazing mix. It captured the essence of the song. He was able to correctly balance the energy throughout the track. The mix was loud and exciting on many different systems including phone, laptop, TV, small monitors, bigger monitors and the car.

  1. Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?

  2. A: As a producer I liked working on all the NUkreative productions from 2017 til March 2022 as they satisfied my need to write that style of music (organic house). Now days doing collabs with a different variety of people excites me.

  4. A: working on a remix for Yothu Yindi

  6. A: I use analog gear in mastering as well as digital as a good mix of both gets a good result

  10. A: polishing tracks and making them sound the best they can and listening to new artists.

  12. A: how do i get the kick and bass to sit properly. look at it like a picture and everything has a place on the canvas. (then technical explanations)

  14. A: That its a dark art. Its not its just practise and experience.

  24. A: clean super detailed and interesting. I try never to repeat myself in production

  26. A: I'd like to work with people who inspire me and push my boundaries and have a passion for what they do so a lot of artists would fall under this category

  28. A: use other references as a guide for mixing and arranging.

  30. A: I work with lots of progressive house and organic house. I also mix and master lot of breakbeat

  34. A: 20 years experience in writing electronic music and mixing and mastering. I also teach and mentor people through their processes.

  36. A: I like to listen and give advice on mixes before I start to work on them so it comes to me in the best way possible and talk about what I need to do to it with the client before I start. I ask for references of there fav mixes so we get in the ball park of what they are looking for in a mix and master.

  38. A: Studio has a lot of hardware for mastering and lots of synths for production in a well designed room.
