Interview with Lormat Audio Services
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: The most common type of work I do for my clients it's to mix and master their songs to give it the final touch to be ready to hit the market with excellent quality.
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: Two of my favorite music production professionals are Andrew Huang and Graham Cochrane. Andrew is one of my biggest inspirations in the music production industry because he can make incredible compositions with just about the sound of anything (Not limiting it only to the traditional musical instruments) and Graham is one of my favorite audio engineers that inspires me because he is constantly proving to everybody that you do not need a multi-million dollar studio to make some great productions. He teaches us that if you know your tools and what your doing you can have some amazing results.
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: What I bring to every track that I work with is and expansion of the artist vision. I like to understand what the artist wants to transmit and then when I'm on the same page with the artist I put my skills to work and polish every little detail to make the song shine like it deserves. Bringing a clear image of the message that the artist wanted to transmit to the table.
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: My strongest skill is mixing, because I'm also a musician so I know when the music is sounding its best, by combining my musical knowledge with the technical audio engineering part.
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: I work on every type of music from classical to jazz, from rock to Latin any type of genre has been part of my experience but if I had to say witch one was my specialty I would have to say Latin because it's a big part of the culture that surrounds me.
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: My biggest music production tip is to always enjoy making music if your not enjoying what your producing nobody will. You need to be the first one who is touched by your own music.
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: I've been working in the audio industry for more than 10 years and several years ago I studied Audio Engineering and Musical Production the expand my knowledge and make better quality work.

A: The thing that I like the most about my job is being able to give life to the vision of others in the music industry iving them a chance to stand out in the market.
