I'm a recording engineer and I forwarded several projects to Mike over a couple of years. On one of the more difficult ones, which involved compiling and salvaging work done at a number of other studios in my area, after I made introductions and sent mixes, Mike inexplicably badmouthed the work I had done to the client in an email directly to them. Keep in mind Mike had no idea of the history of the project, or of the client's temperament. To me this displayed a real lack of professional courtesy and competence. It was the end of me sending work his way, obviously.

Mike is one of the best. Consistently hard working and knowledgeable, flexible and always with a fine ear tuned to the bands he works with (both in the studio and live), Mike makes Formula 5 sound incredible. We love working with him and look forward to working with him in the future!

Mike is an excellent engineer. He was attentive to the needs of my project and communicated all of the steps needed to make my album happen. I cannot recommend enough!

I am extremely pleased with the mastering Mike performed on my latest album. I did not have my first album mastered, and I wanted to step it up with my new album. Mike made the process very simple, and he achieved exactly what I was looking for in regards to the sound of the album. He was extremely flexible, and provided high quality quickly!
