Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A: Please be as specific as you are able so that I can deliver the right results.
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: I started off by recording demos of myself and my friends playing music, and over time learned more and more about playing guitar, recording, and mixing. I have done a lot of solo work, which led to me filling all the roles myself (guitarist, bassist, vocalist, drum programmer, mixer, etc.)
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: I primarily work on progressive rock and/or metal, but I am versed in many types of rock, pop, and metal, as well as some jazz and fusion and latin music.
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: My ability to improvise and my attention to detail.
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: I have powered speakers for sound monitoring, several guitars and basses, and an Axe FX II. My DAW is Studio One 3.
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: Musically, I'm inspired by many artists and bands, such as Carlos Santana, Dream Theater, Opeth, Devin Townsend, Animals As Leaders, Guthrie Govan, Plini, and more. For the production side, Devin Townsend and Nolly Getgood both stand out to me.
