Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?
A: I am especially proud of recording live and post producing Madda Lake's live DVD "Stillpoint." It was recorded at TRAK nightclub in Melbourne. Awesome stage. It was an honor working with the musicians who had a wealth of experience through many years in the music business.
Q: What are you working on at the moment?
A: I am busy recording and producing a Album plus an E.P. for an artist who plays Modern Acoustic Fingerstyle. Live recording and Post Production of regular live performances of local musicians in Melbourne in connection with Asylum TV.

A: I love working with people although it's usually from a far. But I view it a privilege and an honor to work with someones music and help them achieve the sound they want and create amazing sounding mixes.
Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?
A: That everyone can do it. While that is true to a point. I believe that creating and producing a song is a journey that is best shared with other people. And by using people like myself further enhances the end product of your song.

A: Mixing live recorded music.
Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?

Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: I ran a small studio for over 10 years at the local radio station. When it closed down I focused more on live recording and running a post production business for the past few years. I have been working in the industry for over 15 years in post production both in studio, broadcast and live.
Q: How would you describe your style?
A: Soulfully clear and articulate.
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: Never be afraid to E.Q. or Compress more than you think in order to achieve the sound that brings out the best in a song or instrument.
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: I usually work on a mixture including: Singer / Songwriter, Rock and Punk to Modern Fingerstyle Guitar music.
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: Warren Huart as a production engineer has been a huge influence on me.
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: I provide post production live recorded music connected with a local TV music show Asylum TV, as well as post produce studio and home studio recorded music.
