Although rock is the main genre I work in, that's not all that I do. I have done several cowrites, session vocals, session guitar, as well as my own artist project. I grew up on 90s grunge rock so that will always be near and dear to my heart, but I love blues, soul, reggae, pop, rock from any era, singer/songwriters. I feel singing and writing are what I have most to offer. This is where my passion lies and I'm sure I can bring something special to whatever it is you're working on. I care deeply about great songwriting and will never phone it in. My favorite music is that which evokes a deep emotional response from the listener. I was impressed with Jakey's voice right off when I was going through the male rock singers' demos. I also liked how he sounded on ballads. He has a voice that demands attention, so I hired him. He delivered exactly what I wanted, and more, adding his own unique magic. I didn't have to ask for any changes.
