Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A: Have a clear idea of what you want to achieve, in terms of sound, structures, dynamics and so on. Send me audio samples of what you want the saxophone to sound like. Have a clear vision for what you want the saxophone to do and send me specific instructions.
Q: Can you share one music production tip?

Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: Listen to what the clients want and do my best to interpret the music at the best of my abilities. I am also a very strong improviser and versatile.
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: I realize what was just a musical idea into something reflecting both the client wish and my own personal style.
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: I'll listen to the track several times to get an idea of how I could contribute to it. I make sure I ask the client for specific instructions so I can work more efficiently and go straight to point. Doing so I also give my own interpretations of their ideas so that they have a second perspective.
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: I have a recording setup using Logic Pro and a variety of microphone combinations.
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: I love Jazz music, which is my main source of inspiration. I love saxophonists such as David Sanborn, Kenny Garrett, Cannonball Adderley and of course Charlie Parker.

A: Modern, eclectic and at the same time rooted in the jazz idiom

A: Which section of your track do you want me to play? Do you have sheet music, chord sheets, or midi files? If so do you want me to sound exactly as the provided version of you want me to put my own interpretation? What kind of improvisation do you want? Are there any audio examples that are similar to what you want me to sound like?
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: I have been playing the saxophone and a professional musician for more than 20 years. Graduated with a degree in Music at School of Music of Cardiff University, I am active as a jazz musician as well as a freestyle saxophonist playing alongside DJs. I am also a producer and session saxophonist.
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: I've worked on a huge range of genres from EDM, Funk, Jazz through to Blues and Pop.
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: The type of work can change from clients to clients. Some clients request a solo on a certain section of their track, others are looking for punchy horn riffs, some are looking for smoother, subtler phrases to complement a vocal melody.
