N&K Studios was built with a directional approach to acoustics optimized for near field monitoring. The design is based in room mode distribution, specular reflection management and broadband trapping down to the low end, while the massive, deep rear diffuser compliments the wide sweet spot. It balances the neutral sonic characteristics that are required for a control room, at the same time constituting a comfortable working environment.
