    Fred did a great job with my song. He added a drum track as well as mixing the song. Fred is easy to work with and was very responsive. The project has a very professional sound now.

  1. Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?

  2. A: I would love to work with Kirk Franklin because i would love to take on the challenges he bring to the table to strengthen my music capability.

  3. Q: Can you share one music production tip?

  4. A: If i had to share one production tip it would be to tap in to your emotions while producing because the music will become more heart felt and from a real place.

  5. Q: What type of music do you usually work on?

  6. A: I usually work on gospel but i don't have limitations on any genre.

  7. Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.

  8. A: The most common type of work i do for my clients are recording drums, mixing and mastering.

  9. Q: Analog or digital and why?

  10. A: I choose digital because it is versatile and technology has aa lot of advanced tools for all angles of audio.

  11. Q: What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

  12. A: Customers normally ask how long have i been interested in music. I have been involved in music all of my life. I started playing the drums as a small kid around the age of 5. My family introduced me to music early.

  13. Q: What's your typical work process?

  14. A: First i analyze and listen to the song over and over to find creative ideas for the song. Once I've gathered creative ideas i start to place them in the song, then i tweak until i get it perfect. I listen over and over again on multiple systems to ensure great translation.

  15. Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?

  16. A: I have worked on this group named Jones Connection album where i mixed helped produced and played drums on and i was proud because of being a part of a phenomenal project. The music ideas and vocal arrangements were mind-blowing.

  17. Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?

  18. A: I promise professional quality work and a creative touch.

  19. Q: What do you like most about your job?

  20. A: I love making the clients happy. I feel as if i accomplished a lifetime achievement after every song, and they are overly satisfied.

  21. Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?

  22. A: If i were on a desert island the 5 pieces of gear i would take is my computer, hard drive, interface, headphones, and mixing board because these are the basics that you would need for music period!

  23. Q: What do you bring to a song?

  24. A: I bring creative ideas to enhance a song and clarity in the music.

  25. Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?

  26. A: Some of the professionals that inspire me are Calvin Rodgers, Asaph Ward, Aaron Lindsey, Robert 'Sput' Seawright, Cj Thompson, Derrick Stevenson, Bart Orr just to name a few.
