  10. A: Both,because you need the right tools for each step and analog does a thing that plugins cant and plugins have a huge advantages over analog.

  16. A: I am not a Magician.

  18. A: Thorough understanding of Protools, and the history of Engineering from Pre Digital to Modern recordings

  20. A: I try to find the heart of a record make it come alive, I add Punch when its needed and balance everything around the Vocals. I mix so the musical message comes clearer and I move the vocals with the music.

  21. Q: What's your typical work process?

  22. A: I set up a mix organize it and then work the Drums with the main instrument only until the drums are nearly done then I start on a Dry Mix with only Lead Vocals. I edit and balance the vocal tone so it sits in a mix nearly perfect with the faders at Zero. Once we get the static mix I slowly bring in the additional layers of music and vocal dubs then I slowly add Effects creative edits and and bus processing.

  23. Q: Tell us about your studio setup.

  24. A: We operate a commercial Studio with a Hybrid Setup we run an AVID Pro Tools Carbon with Mastering grade AD Conversion, We Chose the Dangerous Audio AD+ and run it as our master clock. We use it for Tracking and Mastering as it has 4 inputs. For Vocal Mixing and Tracking we use a C800 Microphone into BAE 1073 then a FET or Opto Compressor, On the way out we use Analog Bus processing by Wes Audio 500 Series Units, VCA Compressor and Pultec Style EQ, we massive plugin library to handle everything els we Monitor through Focal Studio monitors

  26. A: Too many to list, but Pink Floyd, 90's RnB and Hip Hop, Beatles, Frank Dukes, DJ, Mustard, Kanye West, Illmind, Juice WRLD, The Weekend, Tory Lanez, Bainz, Jaycen Joshua

  28. A: Most clients like recording with me in my studio because of the sound quality and Atmosphere.
