A: I was recently in the studio co-writing for Melrose Avenue, a rock band from Australia. I also toplined on a house track for LA-based artist Zach Mackey.
Q: Is there anyone on SoundBetter you know and would recommend to your clients?
A: I recommend Jonah Ocean, an excellent multi-instrumentalist. I also recommend Mishell Ivon, a powerful singer songwriter and top liner.
Q: Analog or digital and why?
A: As an instrumentalist I love my analog sounds, but also employ digital sounds for my music.
Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?
A: My promise is to deliver high quality vocals with thoughtful lyrics and tasty melodies with confidence.
Q: What do you like most about your job?
A: I love being able to exercise my creativity and to collaborate with people of all kinds of backgrounds.
Q: What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A: Most often they ask about turn around time and what is included in my delivery. I let them know that depending on the size of the project the delivery window is between 2 days up to a week, and I can deliver multiple takes of each line as well as adlibs and backing tracks.
Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?
A: The biggest misconception is that I am only a singer, as I am also a strong guitarist, bass player, composer and songwriter.
Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?
A: I will ask them to provide me with references to released songs, if possible. I will also ask if they have any ideas for where they want the song to go lyrically.

A: I bring a perspective that combines old school soul with modern and fresh performances and composition. Because of my middle eastern background and my extensive performance experience, I can perform in various genres and deliver high quality results.
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: When I receive a song to topline and record vocals on I take a few turns with the instrumental and begin sketching out the strongest melodies that come to me.
