Endorse Adham FaridI’ve worked with Adham for stem mastering on various projects this past year. I think he has a great way of understanding what the track needs and what the producer/artist imagines it to be. Adham is very organized, amazing with meeting deadlines and is such a nice, down to earth person. I know I can always trust Adham and would definitely recommend working with him!
Adham and I have collaborated since 2020, producing music across various genres like R&B, pop, electronic, and jingles, with consistently outstanding results. His versatility stems from both his experience and deep music appreciation. Adham works quickly and efficiently, maintaining impressive organization throughout all stages, from file management to revisions. Not only is he a talented musician, but also a wonderful person. His friendly, solution-focused attitude, strong communication skills, and professionalism make him stand out. Working with him is always smooth and enjoyable.
Adham is an amazing sound engineer. I've worked with him on three of my tracks, where he did stem mastering/mastering, and I couldn't be happier with the results. He's super fast and delivers really high-quality work. Communication is always smooth. He's very kind and easy to work with. What I love most is how well he understands what the track needs and what the artist is aiming for, then tailors his work perfectly to match that. He approaches his work with both passion and respect. I honestly can't imagine anyone not being satisfied after working with him.
Adham has always helped us to make our projects sound better, he is understanding and works quickly. Full respect!
As a producer I worked with Adham on various projects for mastering and stem mastering. I think he is really good at analyzing a track and pointing out what it needs, then he takes it to the next level with his mastering. Beside his top quality work he is also a very kind person and very easy to communicate with.
"Working with Adham has been a real game-changer for me. Whether I need a clean mix, a powerful master, or help polishing stems, he just gets it every time. Even when I throw something completely new or weird his way, he knows exactly what the song needs to shine. On top of that, his feedback on my own mixes has been super valuable—he's helped me grow as a producer too. If you want someone you can trust to treat your music like their own, Adham’s your guy. Can’t recommend him enough!"
We have been working with Adham for a long. He is a real master when it comes to mixing and mastering tracks really detailed, loud, big and clean. He works with discipline and never exceeds the due date. Also he always give quick tips to enhance my sound, record and mix well etc... He is by far the best sound engineer that I have worked, also a great teacher.
Having worked with Adham on more than 70 songs, I can highly recommend him for any project you can think of!
From intricate mixes to knocking masterings and stem masterings, I've always felt comfortable with Adham, as I know he will always understand what I have in mind, even when I'm working for a totally new artist. He is really good at knowing what the song needs, and I have also had the pleasure of getting very helpful feedback on my own mixes as well, to ensure he can deliver a perfect stem mastering/mastering. 10/10!
Interview with Adham Farid
Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?
A: I'm genuinely proud of nearly every project that has brought artists complete satisfaction. Each holds equal value, and every completed project teaches me something new. It's impossible to single out just one.
Q: Is there anyone on SoundBetter you know and would recommend to your clients?
A: Arsan Salaryfar! A super talented producer who's also a lot of fun to be around.
Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?
A: That it’s a high-level technical skill that only elite mathematicians can tackle xD
Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?
A: I usually don’t ask for additional information unless it’s absolutely necessary because I prefer to come in with a fresh perspective. I don’t want anything to clutter my thoughts or distract me from my initial instincts. By the time I receive the files from the producer, I already have most of the essential details I need to start my session
Q: Analog or digital and why?
A: I believe both have their strengths, and combining the two can lead to something truly beautiful
Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?
A: No matter who you are or how much you pay, I will always be honest and give you my absolute best
Q: What do you like most about your job?
A: What I enjoy most is enhancing someone else's work and seeing how happy it makes them. Knowing that I’ve helped bring their vision to life makes me feel just as fulfilled
Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?
A: Wegz from Egypt! His storytelling and innovative approach to music are incredibly inspiring. Collaborating with someone who constantly pushes the boundaries of sound and creativity would be a great opportunity to explore new ideas and create something impactful.
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: Focus on the details, but avoid getting caught up in obsessing over every single one
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: Hip-hop, Pop, Bass music genres
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: Probably Listening
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: A fresh perspective
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: When I receive a new project, the first thing I do is check that the files are in the correct format. As I listen carefully, I take notes for myself, often going through 2 or 3 rounds of listening before I'm ready to provide solid feedback to the producer and artist. If the mix is solid and ready for mastering, I let them know and begin. However, if I hear anything in the mix that needs improvement or could limit the mastering process, I offer feedback on how to enhance it to ensure we get the best possible result.
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: My studio setup is minimal and clean, as I prefer working in a tidy environment without unnecessary clutter. I use a pair of Barefoot Micromain 27 Gen2 monitors as my mains. My desk is organized with all my gear mounted and ready, so everything I need is right in front of me, exactly where I want it.
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: I actually draw a lot of inspiration from the people closest to me, particularly my studio partners Arsan and Particles. They’re incredibly talented producers with a deep passion for what they do, working tirelessly around the clock. Sometimes, just walking by their rooms and hearing what they’re working on sparks new ideas, makes me question things, or gives me a fresh perspective on something I thought I already understood
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: Stem Mastering, Mastering, and Mixing
