Besides being friendly, enthusiastic, and welcoming, his songwriting instincts are some of the sharpest I've seen, and he's extremely flexible and understanding when it comes to working remotely and the quirks that come with it. His feedback and revision notes were clear, concise, and didn't cut corners. They always ended up being the right choice, and absolutely served the song in each instance.
