Industry standard recording production, mixing and editing; with credits for major indie labels, publishers, and post graduate engineering qualification from Abbey Road Institute London.

I offer mixing and production services to get your songs to stand up against other commercial releases, and to allow your music to shine. Genres include rock, indie, alternative, blues, folk, and classical.

Projects commence from either my boutique home studio, acoustically treated by acoustician Nick Whittaker; or can start in a larger traditional studio setup, dependent on budget. I also have a mobile-rig setup to record projects on location – suggestions can be made on spaces.

My engineering and mixing skills were honed at Abbey Road Studios Institute where I developed micing techniques from distinguished engineers such as Ken Scott (Beatles, David Bowie), and Hayden Bendell (Kate Bush, Paul McCartney), along with how to get the best performance out of you. I have been fortunate to also work with legendary producer Youth on my own projects.

As well as my services what you get is my dedication in getting your project sounding the way you have imagined it until you’re 100% happy. I always aim to see your band play live first, where possible, whilst listening to your recordings and any references to get me into your head space. Being a musician I understand the pressures of the recording environment, which is why I aim to create a friendly space and adopt a ‘can do’ easy to talk to attitude, together with efficiency, a strong work ethic and a fast turnaround time.
