Recently released latest album with Nashville producer and former artist with Curb Records.
Marcie Ellen established Marcie Ellen Studio in 2011 in association with Centenary College of Louisiana. She recently charted at #14 on iTunes Christian & Gospel charts upon successful studio production and recording in Nashville, TN; with her debut EP - Walls. Marcie Ellen is a Texas born singer-songwriter. Her music embodies her free spirit and expressive creativity. “Powerful, vulnerable, and beautiful”, are constants used to describe her singing. Marcie Ellen is a natural singer and her sense of ease and effortlessness is what sets her apart from the rest. She also plays guitar, ukulele and piano. Genres: Pop, Country, Rock, Jazz, etc. Sings fluently in Italian, German, French, Spanish, Hebrew, and Latin.
Marcie Ellen has also been seen performing across the globe in Italy, United Kingdom, Croatia, Uganda, Africa, Yale University, The Boston Conservatory, Interlochen Academy for the Arts, Chicago, Atlanta, and more. She has spent multiple summers along the Amalfi Coast of Italy, performing operas with the Romanian-American Orchestra as apart of the Amalfi Coast Music Festival and Institute amidst Roman ruins having also been staged in many productions with such as Puccini's Turandot, Madame Butterfly, Suor Angelica, and Donizetti's, L'elisir d'amore. She has starred as principal roles Countess, in Mozart's Marriage of Figaro, and Dinah in Bernstein's Trouble in Tahiti.
